Onboarding asks the questions a sharp new hire would ask: what you sell, who you serve, what eats your time, and what you wish you could hand off first.

Shape shared business context
Your business description becomes shared context for the starter package. Later you can add price sheets, FAQs, SOPs, past quotes, and good examples so the assistants stay inside your real business.

Start with five assistants
Vialine starts from a real five-assistant package and shapes those assistants around your niche, your voice, and the jobs you need done first.

Keep it fenced in
The assistants are supposed to answer from your business context, files, and connected systems. They should not invent pricing, policy, or process when the source material is missing.

Connect your provider
Vialine is the workspace layer. You connect the model provider you want, and that provider bills you directly. No hidden markup.

Use it and refine it
Start with real work, not toy prompts. Refine instructions, add source material, and bring Chris in when you want something more custom.

What people usually
ask me first.

“I’m not technical.”
Good. That’s exactly who this is for. If you were technical, you’d be doing it yourself. The whole point is that I handle that part.
“What about my data?”
We’ll talk about it together. Some businesses are fine using leading cloud models. Others need a more private setup discussion. We pick what fits, and you can see and control what the workspace remembers.
“Will it sound like a robot?”
Not if I do my job. The whole reason I sit down with you is so the AI sounds like your business — not like every other AI on the internet.
“What if it gets something wrong?”
Then we tighten the instructions or add better source material. That’s the point of a fenced-in setup: better grounding, clearer boundaries, and easier correction.
